You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to use the service for any illegal activities or to harass other users within Friend Circles.

4. Limitation of Liability

SpendSync is a tracking tool, not a registered financial advisor. We are not responsible for any financial losses or decisions made based on AI-generated advice or manual calculations within the app.
